• Create a birth plan

• Resolve concerns and fears about birth

• Establish pain medication preferences

• Explore support and comfort management techniques

• Create a postpartum plan (feeding, sleeping, emotional support)

 

• Complimentary Utah County Doulas Birth Date Night Class ($125 value)

• Informative weekly emails beginning at 28 weeks

• Access to my lending library

 

I am on-call after 38 weeks

• A backup doula will be arranged in case I can't make it

Informational support via phone, email, or text throughout pregnancy and postpartum

 

Referrals to other professionals serving the birth community

 

Labor Support (non-medical)

• Arrival at home/hospital/birth center as soon as support is needed

• By-your-side physical and emotional support during labor: relaxation exercises, counter pressure, comforting touch, encouragement, helping take care of details so that your partner can stay with you etc.

• Continuous support for mom and her partner

• Massage during labor if desired

• Guidance to help you make informed decisions

 

One Postnatal Visit

• Visit at home within a few weeks

• Basic breastfeeding support

• Birth experience processing

$2,500

(Includes 7 massages-transferable to family members)

Repeat Doula Clients: $2,350

*The Deluxe Care Package includes everything offered in the Complete Birth Care Package, plus three additional massage sessions and two hours of daytime postpartum care. Postpartum support may include light meal preparation, household help, errands, newborn care while you rest, and soothing shoulder or neck massage. These massage sessions may be used during pregnancy or after birth to support body balance before delivery and encourage healing and recovery postpartum. All massage sessions are fully transferable.​​​
