• Create a postpartum plan (feeding, sleeping, emotional support)

 

• Complimentary Utah County Doulas Birth Date Night Class ($125 value)

• Informative weekly emails beginning at 28 weeks

• Access to my lending library

 

I am on-call after 38 weeks

• A backup doula will be arranged in case I can't make it

Informational support via phone, email, or text throughout pregnancy and postpartum

 

Referrals to other professionals serving the birth community

 

Labor Support (non-medical)

• Arrival at home/hospital/birth center as soon as support is needed

• By-your-side physical and emotional support during labor: relaxation exercises, counter pressure, comforting touch, encouragement, helping take care of details so that your partner can stay with you etc.

• Continuous support for mom and her partner

• Massage during labor if desired

• Guidance to help you make informed decisions

 

One Postnatal Visit

• Visit at home within a few weeks

• Basic breastfeeding support

• Birth experience processing

with the addition of 1 massage for Dad—because they need to be cared for too!

A Little Extra Postpartum Care Package

$1,900

*This package includes everything that is in the Complete Care Birth Package

with the addition of a two-hour daytime postpartum doula services. (For example: making meals, house cleaning, errand running,

shoulder rubs, newborn care while you take a nap.)

Two Doula Package

$600

Have the care, expertise, and support of two experienced doulas throughout your pregnancy, birth and postpartum. This option is particularly helpful when birth partners are not able to offer much/any support. Each doula will provide a prenatal visit, both will attend your birth and postpartum visit. The second doula would be either Eliza Payne or Monica Wilkinson, my partners at Utah County Doulas, $600 in addition to your package base fee.
