Prenatal Massage & Perinatal Support

-
Extensive Experience You Can Trust
With 20 years as a massage therapist and over 7 years as a doula, I offer care that is both safe and deeply informed by the realities of pregnancy.
-
Massage Designed for the Pregnant Body
Each session is thoughtfully adapted to support your changing body, helping ease tension in the back, hips, neck, and shoulders as posture and balance shift.
-
Relief from Common Pregnancy Discomforts
Prenatal massage helps improve circulation and can reduce issues such as leg cramps, restless legs, muscle spasms, swelling, and overall fatigue.
-
Support for Relaxation & Better Sleep
Gentle, calming massage helps settle the nervous system, making it easier to relax, unwind, and rest more comfortably.
-
Guidance for Sleeping & Daily Comfort
I offer simple, practical tips on sleep positioning, pillow support, and ways to move through daily activities with less strain and more ease.
-
Whole-Person Care During Pregnancy
My approach supports not just physical comfort, but also emotional well-being, helping you feel supported, nurtured, and cared for during this special time.
Labor-Stimulating Massage (only offered after 38 weeks)

-
A Gentle Way to Help the Body Prepare for Labor
This massage is designed to support your body as it gets ready for labor, especially if you’re already noticing early signs like cramping or pressure.
-
Supportive Essential Oils & Acupressure
Carefully chosen doTERRA essential oils are worked into calming massage and gentle pressure points on the feet, legs, hips, and abdomen to encourage readiness.
-
Focus on Hips, Pelvis & Physical Ease
Techniques help soften and relax the hips and pelvis, creating more comfort and space as your body prepares for birth.
-
Emotional Support Matters Too
You’re invited to talk through any fears, worries, or tension. Feeling safe and supported can help your body relax and move forward naturally.
-
Encouraging Calm & Labor Hormones
This massage helps lower stress while supporting the release of oxytocin, the hormone that plays an important role in labor and bonding.
-
A Supportive Tool, Not a Guarantee
While labor-stimulating massage does not promise labor will begin, many moms find it a comforting and helpful way to prepare their body and mind.
-
Experienced, Informed Care
With 20 years as a massage therapist and over 7 years as a doula, your care is guided by experience, intuition, and deep respect for the birth process.
